ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE? DAIRY FREE? EGG FREE?

All of our products are gluten-free! Our sourdough loaves and bagels remain dairy- and egg-free, with the exception of our White Cheddar Jalapeño loaf and bagel, which contains dairy. Our Cinnamon Raisin loaf also contains coconut sugar.

Our café menu and seasonal baked goods rotate, and some items contain dairy and/or eggs. We always have options for different dietary needs, so if you have a specific allergy or ingredient question, please ask us when ordering or reach out before your visit. We're happy to help you find something you'll love!

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SOURDOUGH BREAD?

I recommend keeping your loaf on the counter or in the fridge in an airtight bag or container. After three to five days, the best way to enjoy it is to slice it, pop it in the freezer, and toast slices whenever you want.

If your bread is being shipped, I suggest slicing it and putting it in the freezer as soon as it arrives. That way it stays fresh and perfect for toasting later!
