ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE? DAIRY FREE? EGG FREE?
Yes, all the sourdough loaves are gluten, dairy, and egg-free besides the white cheddar jalapeño bread and bagels which contain dairy! The cinnamon raisin loaf contains coconut sugar in case of a coconut allergy. If you have any specific questions regarding ingredients please reach out. Special care is taken to make sure there isn't cross contamination.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SOURDOUGH BREAD?
I recommend keeping your loaf on the counter or in the fridge in an airtight bag or container. After three to five days, the best way to enjoy it is to slice it, pop it in the freezer, and toast slices whenever you want.
If your bread is being shipped and you won’t be eating it right away, I suggest slicing it and putting it in the freezer as soon as it arrives. That way it stays fresh and perfect for toasting later!
